Can I put the bottle in the freezer?

Please do not put your bottle in the freezer. Make sure you add water to your bottle before dropping in ice cubes.

How do I take care of my bottle?

Your drop bottle is made of durable, eco-friendly Borosilicate glass, so please remember that just like other glass products, you should always handle it with care.

Your bottle has a convenient carry handle so you can take it wherever your day takes you. We do not, however, recommend putting your bottle in your handbag or backpack as there are often other objects in there that can damage or break it.

We recommend storing your bottle with the lid off. This will help keep your bottle looking and smelling fresh. Allow your bottle to air dry completely with the lid open. This will help to avoid unwanted moisture build up in your bottle and around the seal.

Avoid using fizzy liquids such as mineral water and soft drinks as this can cause excessive pressure build-up in your bottle which can lead to breakage.

Make sure you fill your bottle 1/4 of the way with room temp water before adding any boiling water. Allow a few minutes for the steam to escape before putting the lid back on.

Hand wash your bottle with warm soapy water. Do not put your bottle in the dishwasher.

I'm a bit disappointed. I thought it would be of better quality. The glass itself is thick and heavy but the strainer is cheaply made. I also expected a better design. There's no separation between the top and the strainer. There should be a screw on cap with the spout to drink out of above the strainer and then the cap to seal it on top. Look at Yeti's cap design and you will see it. Just an idea.

I love this bottle. I saw some bad reviews about how they put it in there bag and it broke but didn’t read the instructions. I use mine every day. I get it ready the night before to infuse and the next day it tastes so good. I drink 5 of the bottles a day. I use fruits and other things I don’t normally eat so I’m getting all the goodness of all fruits. Don’t worry I still eat my favourite fruits. I recommend this bottle.

Good afternoon! I received a Drop Bottle with a gold lid as a Mother's Day gift from my mother. I'm getting in touch with you to let you know that your bottle has changed my life! I've had tons of BPA free, environmentally friendly plastic water bottles over the years that I washed and refilled every day. No matter what I used, hydrating was something I had to make myself do. I love water, but I get busy and I don't think about it and the plastic water bottles weren't really drawing me to them, if you know what I mean. The day I received my Drop Bottle I was thoroughly Spring cleaning my house and accidentally inhaled dust from a fan blade. It wasn't any big deal, but I just couldn't stop coughing, no matter how much water I drank. My throat was just irritated. I grabbed my Drop Bottle and filled it with plain water just to soothe the itch in the moment. Again, I filled it with PLAIN WATER, no fruit or anything. I don't know what kind of magic you guys use when you create those bottles, but I swear the water tasted better than anything I've ever had to drink in my life! You have managed to make even plain water addictive!! I'm exceeding my hydration goals every single day and I feel fantastic and I still haven't tried it with fruit yet!! THANK YOU!!!!
